Required cookies and technologies

This Cookie, Analytics & Server Traffic Notice explains how Oll Korrekt LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Colorado, United States, doing business as MyDebtLens, uses tracking, analytics, and server technologies in relation to the MyDebtLens website, authenticated workspace, billing, support, and related features.

Required cookies keep sign-in, account security, admin access, billing redirects, passkeys, maintenance checks, and privacy-choice storage working. These technologies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be turned off through the optional analytics controls.

Optional analytics choices

Optional analytics helps MyDebtLens understand public traffic, page engagement, feature usage, drop-off points, reliability issues, and product improvement opportunities. Optional analytics is off unless you allow it.

Rejecting optional analytics does not block your account, reports, payoff-route tools, or billing access.

Public visitor analytics

When configured and allowed, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may load on public marketing/legal pages after optional analytics consent. These tools are used to understand public visitor traffic, landing pages, device/browser mix, scrolls, outbound clicks, downloads, engagement, and public-page experience.

They do not load on authenticated app pages, admin pages, billing pages, login pages, private report pages, protected workspace pages, or Ask MyDebtLens conversations.

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are used separately for aggregate public search visibility, indexing, sitemap, query, impression, click, country, and device reporting. They do not use optional analytics cookies and do not expose private account debt data to MyDebtLens.

Server logs and AWStats summaries

Like most websites, MyDebtLens uses server access logs and security/proxy infrastructure to operate the site, protect the service, diagnose errors, understand traffic health, and measure basic public-site activity.

Processed AWStats summaries may show aggregate visits, pages, hits, bandwidth, daily traffic, top pages, referrer domains, search engines, browsers, operating systems, robots, status codes, and file types. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools may separately show aggregate search performance for public pages. The admin Server Traffic and Search Performance views are designed to summarize processed data and avoid exposing raw visitor IP lists.

Server logs and AWStats summaries do not rely on optional analytics cookies. They are not used to build individual debt profiles and are not joined to user debt balances, reports, Ask conversations, or account identities for marketing.

Server access records and processed AWStats summaries may be accessed securely by Oll Korrekt LLC’s international operators only for application security, system optimization, reliability, troubleshooting, and monitoring regional traffic health.

Public tool usage analytics

Standalone public tools such as Can I afford it? may use first-party events to count tool views, starts, completed checks, broad commitment categories, broad result bands, referrers, device/browser mix, screen-size buckets, and approximate IP-derived geography.

This public-tool measurement is used to understand whether the tool is being used and where it needs improvement. It is not designed to store exact dollar amounts entered in the tool or free-form private labels typed by visitors.

Logged-in product analytics

First-party product analytics records coarse product events such as dashboard viewed, setup opened/completed, Scenario Lab opened/adopted, report generated, workbook downloaded, calendar opened, Google Calendar actions, Ask bar opened, passkey added, upgrade page viewed, and snapshot access expired.

Underlying first-party event records can include an account-linked user ID and request/device metadata such as IP address, user agent, device/browser details, and coarse geography. Admin dashboard summaries are aggregated or cohort-based and are not designed to display debt names, balances, income, report content, private Ask questions, or raw visitor IP lists.

Public tool analytics

Standalone public tools such as Can I Afford It? are designed to record broad categories and result bands rather than exact financial form values or free-form private labels. Underlying request, security, reliability, and analytics records can still include IP address, user agent, device/browser details, referrer information, and coarse geography.

What is not used

  • No retargeting tags.
  • No authenticated heatmaps/session replay.

Managing choices

You can accept optional analytics, reject optional analytics, or manage categories through the consent banner or the footer cookie settings link. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, MyDebtLens keeps optional analytics off in that browser.

Logged-in users can also manage future anonymized aggregate public/community report participation from the authenticated privacy controls where that setting is available.
